Stay Terms

1. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If your arrival time changes significantly, please let us know in advance.

2. Quiet Hours

Please keep the house quiet at night. Loud voices, strong music, and heavy door noise can disturb other guests. We especially ask for low conversation volume late in the evening.

3. Use of Shared Facilities

Please share the kitchen, living room, shower, and toilet considerately. After use, return each space to a tidy condition so the next guest can use it comfortably.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Smoking indoors or using open flames without permission
• Using the property for loud gatherings, parties, or events
• Allowing non-guests to enter or stay without permission
• Taking equipment away or leaving damage and stains unreported
• Any conduct that violates laws or public order

5. Notes on Shared Spaces

If you use the refrigerator, please label your food when needed. Do not leave food or drinks unattended, and try not to leave strongly scented items for a long time.

6. Room Use

Room layouts differ by room type. Please check your booking details for bed count, capacity, and use conditions. If you need to move beds or furniture, ask us in advance.

7. Damage to the Property

If facilities or equipment are damaged intentionally or through negligence, actual costs may be charged. Please let us know as soon as you notice anything.

8. Emergencies

If you feel unwell, have key trouble, or notice equipment issues, please contact us right away. For urgent contact at night or early in the morning, please check the contact details on the booking page.

9. Lost Property

Lost items are kept for a limited period and may then be discarded or shipped. The handling period and method will be explained individually.
